Why Abraxas
AI that sells for you, on your terms.
Abraxas agents call, email and follow up for your team. You choose how much they do on their own, you approve what matters, and every step is on the record.
Review queue
Nothing goes out that you haven't seen.
While an agent is in shadow mode, every email or call it wants to make waits in your review queue, with the contact and context behind it.
- Approve it and it goes out. Edit the wording first if you like.
- Reject it with a reason, and it stays on file.
- Each decision records who made it and when.
Autonomy dial
You decide how much it does on its own.
Every new agent starts in shadow mode: it drafts, you approve. When you're comfortable, turn its dial up and it starts acting without waiting for you.
- Supervised is the default. Autonomy is something you grant, never something you have to remember to switch off.
- Turn it back down at any time and your agents return to drafting for approval.
- Numbers and addresses that opt out are never contacted again, whatever the setting.
Audit trail
A complete record, added to and never rewritten.
Every action an agent takes lands on the contact's timeline: what happened, on which channel, who or what did it, and when.
- The timeline is append-only. New entries are added; past ones are not edited.
- Before any outreach goes out, the checks it passed or failed are logged with the reason.
- Export your company's data whenever you want it.
Voice included
Voice agents included on Growth.
On the Growth plan, your AI agents answer and place phone calls as well as email, under the same review queue, dial and record as everything else. No separate voice product, no sales call to get a price.
For context: 11x lists its Alice Growth plan from $3,750 a month, billed annually (11x pricing page, checked 19 October 2026).
$899/mo

See plansRules in plain English. Write limits like “never offer more than 20% off” or “no calls after 8pm”, confirm how Abraxas reads them, and agents won't cross them.
